[nv-l] collecting data

1) How do we collect data for a MIB, display the data, log the data and
create reports on the data.
    When we set the MIB to collect, the service says that the data is being
collected but when we attempt to see the data, there is no data.

2) How do we set up logging where we can keep a running history of device
uptime, downtime and other data.
