What I do, and other could do is when I see a message I want to reply to I
do a reply all and delete the addresses other than the list address. It
ain't pretty, but it works.

The problem with setting the reply-to header back to the list is that
any out-of-office messages will be sent back to the list which will
then be sent by the list again and a loop is born. I don't have any
other ideas, but have my ears open should someone come up with
something for me.
