If u have CiscoWorks 2000 Installed you have a Database field
"isCisco=true". If it is maintained well you should get
all Cisco objects with
/usr/OV/bin/nvUtil e isCisco=true
or
/usr/OV/bin/nvUtil e "('SNMP sysObjectID' ~ '1.3.6.1.4.1.9')" ... (not
testet ..:) )

Subject: [nv-l] Cisco Inventory
Hi All,
Can someone tell me how I can poll inventory information out of
my database? I've been asked to provide a list of all cisco devices we
monitor with Netview. I currently have 115000 objects defined in the
database and need to find out how many are cisco.
Thanks, Dave
