I'm pretty sure that I have run NetView systems where the MLM hasn't been
upgraded. MLM upgrades usually have a readme file but it's pretty well
always just MLM bug fixes rather than any changes to the MLM / NetView
integration functionality. It's generally worth doing the MLM upgrade for
the fixes, but I wouldn't delay a project plan to ensure MLM and NetView get
upgraded together.
