hi!

wouldn't it be better to mention some "free tools" that can do this ?

look at: http://www.ibr.cs.tu-bs.de/projects/libsmi/

it contains smidump which can convert mibs to quite
some differing formats (v2->v1, etc...) with almost no
tweaking required by hand.
