Dejan,
These are not documented anywhere that I know of.
You just have to try to figure out what the script does.
Here are the options that I have used.

To stop all daemons, ONLY if all GUIs are closed:
-------------------------------------------
nv6000_smit stopall


To stop all daemons and close all GUIs (on the server):
---------------------------------------
nv6000_smit stopall forceall


To close all GUIs (on the server) but leave the daemons up:
-------------------------------------
nv6000_smit KILLEUIS


To clear databases and restart automatic map generation:
---------------------------------------------
nv6000_smit automapgen
