[nv-l] Netview database cleanup

Netview 7.1.1 on AIX 4.3.3

Our Netview database has inconsistent hostname entries, for e.g. some
hostnames are in lower case, some in upper, some are fully qualified, and
some are not. We would like to clean this up and end up with consistent
hostnames standard of lower case fully qualified names. There are about
50,000 objects defined in the database, so it is a significant amount of
entries.

Any feedback will be much appreciated.
