Options>snmp configuration will tell you your ping and snmp polling info.
 
As for seeing where it's at in the polling cycle, read the man pages on netmon.  There are options you can toss to it so it will write out a log file of where it is.. IE     netmon -a 12 will write a file called netmon.trace with pinging information and 16 shows you the snmp list.

Is there a trace option I can turn on in Netview V7.1.2 for Windows which will allow me to determine which items in the seed file are not responding to ping/snmp querys?  How would I determine how long the polling cycle is taking?  I know I did these things long ago with Netview V4 under AIX but I can't remember how...
