[nv-l] Clear'd Database

Running version 7 on Aix4.3.3

I just cleared the database using:
serversetup>maintain>clear databases  (save cust)

Once I started everything back up, I can't get a read-write map and there are 
no other maps open that I see...

Any ideas to what might be causing this?
