[nv-l] Not start map

Hi All
I have migrated Netview 6.0.3 to Netview 7.1.2 , AIX 4.3.3 ML 10.
The user connect to server whit TRU64  via telnet , and export DISPLAY . In the last time no problem for open map. But now  not open the map.  This is the message:
