[nv-l] nvpage issue with skytel. - update info

Forgot to mention. I'm running Netview 7.1 on Windows2000 with a 3Com
Courier V.Everything 56k external modem.

Dip switches as follows:
1 on
2 off
3 on
4 off
5 on
6 on
7 off
8 on
9 off
10 off

Maybe there's a dip switch setting or AT command that would force and extra
<CR>, I just don't know what it would be.
