That's "netviewd" which owns the map GUI interface, not "nvserverd".
Nvserverd must be running to use the internal TEC adapter and to send
events to event windows on the X-GUI. But he has nothing to do with the
web client.

Sorry I answered my own question. It wanted the " nvserverd " runnig
in
order to work. I believe it mentioned this somewhere but I will have to
go
thru doc again and release notes. I believe this is now the DEFAULT to
start the WEB interface so you don't need a GUI running to have a WEB
interface.
