Hello list,

Netview 7.1.2 on AIX 4.3.3ML09

with the Web Interface of Netview, it is possible to restrict the view of a
given map to some users by allowing them access to some networks and/or
locations.
This works by listing all networks/locations they are allowed to view. This
is good when the list is short.
My question is : is it possible to define the following "give access to the
whole map but NOT to some networks/locations without having to list all what
they're allowed to. This would give a very long list and one would never be
sure this list is up to date (some new networks can always be discovered by
netmon)".

so to summarise : it is possible to define negative entries in the scope
instead of positive entries ?

many thanks for any advise.
Bernard Baudoux.
