[nv-l] Help : On Version : f.on_version

I am trying to find out information on the ovw registration file for "Help",
"On Version".  I am not sure if this is functionality my office has done or
is internal to Netview.  I am getting some undesirable results and would
like to research it further.  However, I cannot seem to find any information
on this topic.
