you guys need to upgrade!

if other things don't work, check the date on the computer.   That release
of NetView was sensitve to when Daylight Savings Time came and gone.   So
if the date was when the clocks were set forward or back, it could cause
problems to nvsecd.   The quick solution was to set the date to one day
later and restart NetView.   Then later in the week, set it back to the
right date.
