Netview 4.1 (don't laugh) AIX 4.1.5
I cannot restart Netview.  It locked up yesterday, and now it won't
restart.  When I try ovstart, I get the message:

object manager name: nvsecd
 behavior:            OVs_WELL_BEHAVED
 state:               NOT_RUNNING
 PID:                 -
 last message:        nvsecd: Could not acquire server security credentials
 exit status:         exit(1)

I also have the following message in the log nettl.LOG00:

nvsecd: cache file not found

Any suggestions???
