[nv-l] 7.1.3 Linux install w/o ksh

instalnv (isn't 'install' spelled with two 'l's) uses the 'ksh' shell.  My
fresh RH 8.0 install does not include ksh.  I am using bash and would prefer
to keep it that way.

What are my options?
