[nv-l] NV-L TEST - failed !!!

Yes, I believe you are correct.
My understanding of the problem is that there is no problem with the NV-L mailing list within the IBM network.
Many IBMers replied to my original test message.  Indicating to me that the mailing list is working just fine, only if you are sitting inside the IBM firewall.

However, if you are a customer, trying to use the mailing list, it is SNAFU again.

I would NOT read anything into either Paul's comment or into the change in
the
support website. That was in reference to the policy of not intermixing
customer
notes and official support documents in the same view, and the Netview
forum
responses never were included in that.  Many of us have continued
to receive appends all week with no problem.

Here's what I know about the NV-L mailing list
I sent Paul a note on the 4th. His reply is below. Yes, It seems to be
still broken, perhaps by design.

My guess is that it is related to the migration of all things Tivoli from
the old Tivioli web site to the IBM web site.  Attached is a memo from Bill
Kribbs that may shed some light on the problem.

I think we need a new sponsor for the forum again.

Are you guys having trouble getting appends from the listserver? I recieved
at least a screenfull last week. Jane's new archive does not look
up-to-date
either so maybe there is a problem. I've sent a note to
