Well, we are back at square one. I have no idea what you are talking
about. I am simply not aware of any third party loaders which work with
our code.
NetView provides a loader for the Java client. It is
/usr/OV/bin/mibloader.sh on the UNIX version and \usr\ov\bin\mibloader.bat
on the Windows version.
That's all we support.

Subject: RE: [nv-l] Mibs Vendor
What application do I need to load on my laptop in order to load mibs when
using Tivoli Netview Web Console on MicroSoft operating system?
I had received an email from the vendor but misplaced it (cost of the
application is appx. $150.00).

Well, I still don't understand, George.
Try being more elaborate rather than less.
This is forum for using NetView. NetView has three MIB loaders, depending
upon what you want to do. The vendor for them all is IBM/Tivoli NetView.
It sounded like your original request was for a loader which allowed you
to view MIBs from the NetView java/web client. Isn't that what you want?
If not, then what?

I am asking for the vendor that supplies the software that gives you the
ability to load Mibs on an the NT box.

If what you are asking is where do I get additional MIBs I can load into
the web client, that's a rather strange way to express it.
MIBs are the product of the vendors who created them. So for example if
you have a Cisco device, you would go to Cisco's website to get the MIB
for it.
They have an ftp site you can point your browser to:
ftp://ftp.cisco.com/pub/mibs/
Alternatively, there are sites on the web which have published MIBs for
many vendors, such as http://www.mibdepot.com
If this doesn't answer your question, try rephrasing it. What MIBs are
you looking for?

Can anyone tell me who is the Mibs Vendor for adding the Mibs application
on the Web-Server, either phone # or Web-site?
Thanks
