You may have checked already but did you check the ownership attributes of the 
MIB file?

        James, 
        I executed the mib2trap command  "mib2trap Mib07305.mib  
Mib07305.mib.out"   and received the message " Open failed for 'Mib07305.mib', 
stopping".

        I verified that the file exist from the Netview menu by selecting 1) 
Options 2) Load/Unload Snmp V1 mibs and scroll through the list to find the 
file.

        On the trapd.log  file there is a msg: 
        A cdeTrapsPrefix 6 2 1 args: [1] 
1.17.6.64.0.55.69.16.136.6.64.0.1.19.0.132.146.4 (Integer): 1
