I believe the Implementers class was withdrawn years ago.  The last 
version I saw was at NetView 5.x and I don't believe it has been updated.
As Don says, the current standard class is NetView for Unix for 
Administrators which has been updated to NetView 7.1.3.  I have also 
just completed updating the Advanced NetView class, "NetView Integration 
with the Tivoli Availability Products" - this should be available for 
people to teach, hopefully in June.  We have it scheduled in the UK for 
September 22nd.
