Subject: Compaq Insight Manager (CIM) and NetView on Linux

Has anyone done anything with this? It looks like the CIM for NetView
adapter is for AIX only. Has anyone tried Compaq management on NV for
Linux (7.1.3)? Either using the CIM for NetView code or with
roll-your-own Compaq MIBs and TRAPs?
Any comments in general as to whether the CIM for NetView adapter is
worth using - I see from the archives that there may be a status problem
on Compaq nodes.....
Thanks,
Jane
