Hi everyone!
Actual we are running NV 7.1.3 on AIX 4.3.3 ML10
We did a backup over smitty from NV, tried an upgrade which failed. After we
deinstalled NV, we did the installation with the update flag, to use the
backup-data. After the "upgrade" from NV 6.0.3 to NV 7.1.3 there are some
strange behaviors:
On NV 6.0.3 we had continious icmp poll in 5 min intervals and snmp polls in
15 min intervals.
After the update, icmp polling has increased and the intervals changed to
1-3 min. Snmp polling changed to 17-19 minutes.
What is the reason for this ?
How can i change it back for all devices ?
Is there a possibility to automate the change ?
Also changed some interface states from marginal to unmanaged and from up to
unmanaged.
Do you have any answers or ideas how this behaviors come from ?
