Someone here might be able to give you a better answer, but I think with a
fresh install of 7.1.3, there is no going back. If it had been an upgrade from 7.1.2 or earlier, the old event structure would have been saved, but since this is a fresh install, I don't know if you have any choice but to upgrade your TEC installation. I guess its possible if you have a copy of an old trapd.conf you might be able to use that with the flag in the tecint.conf, but I am not sure
of even that.....
