According to a PMR item dated 4/2003

The Cisco Web site is in error. There was initially a small integration between Cisco DFM and NetView but the problem is that integration was done with DFM 1.0 i.e., not the current version of DFM or any version since 1.0. As a result, such scripts are not available from Tivoli.

To enable Tivoli NetView to receive the DFM specific traps, follow the steps listed below on each Tivoli NetView server.
