You wanna open a PMR with Tivoli.

Are the traps getting to trapd.log and being logged as no FMT found?
If not, sounds like you need a patch that's available to deal with a
known issue with netview's handling of v2 traps.

Open a PMR with Tivoli and they can get you the patch youmay very well
need.
