[nv-l] Issues with nvsniffer

NetView 7.1.3 AIX 4.3.3

I am attempting to run nvsniffer with the following command:

/usr/OV/bin/nvsniffer -c /usr/OV/conf/nvsniffer.conf -l
/usr/OV/log/sniffme.log

And I get the following error message and no output:

Here is what the nvsniffer.conf looks like (This is the only entry):

isHTTPSupported|80,8080|WebServers|Web Server|||*

I have never had issues with this tool in the past. Is it something simple I
am overlooking?
