Netview 7.1.3 on AIX 4.3.3

I have been experiencing intermittent problems with forwarding node down events (OV_Node_Down) from our Netview server to the TEC server via TEC forwarding. I plan to modify our process to use wpostemsg instead of Netview TEC forwarding as transport mechanism. We already use wpostemsg to forward from our router monitoring scripts, and it works like a charm.

Any pitfalls, pros cons, feedback?

Cheers,

Fawad
