I just checked the Tivoli documentation site again to see if the NetView 
7.1.4 documentation or the TEC 3.9 documentation had been posted -  
http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/tividd/td/tdprodlist.html#N.
The TEC link still only shows 3.8.  The NetView link now says "This Web 
page is no longer supported"!!!!  This worked earlier this week.  Are we 
just between versions???  Moving to be part of TEC???  No longer wanted 
(at least by IBM)???
