This happened to me yesterday when I tried to open a PMR via the phone. The
IBM rep. said there was no selection for NetView so he used TEC.

Please respond to Subject: [nv-l] Where did
NetView Go ???

Caterpillar: Confidential Green Retain Until: 12/20/2003
Retention Category: G90 -
General
Matters/Administration
I tried to open a new PMR this morning using ESR (Electronic Service
Request).
I was amazed to discover that NetView was no longer a product on the list.
I am assuming that since NetView is given away now with TEC, that is what I
should use.
So now all NetView problems go to TEC support then have to be requeued to
the correct group.
Great decision IBM !!!
