We do plan to use it, which is why I
was wondering if it can be done after the upgrade or should I wait until
we implement DB2?

Carlos,
Since you did not say you wanted to use it,  it is an option you can
skip.
See page 6 of the release notes.

Hi List, 7.1.3 FP 1, SQL 2000, Windows 2000.

I was about to upgrade to 7.1.4 today and right before I could start, I
got
prompted to install DB2 so that I can export Data collection and
availability data to Tivoli Data Warehouse. Can I perform this task after,
or does it have to be done before I install 7.14?
