At this point I must tell you RTM. With TEC 3.9 you can use a endpoint as a gateway to forward events to TEC. There should be additional information about this configuration in the Release Notes I would assume. I do not have time to look at them right now, but if this is an issue for you, I would suggest you take the time to look through them as the answer is most likely there.
