Hi Folks,
Q1: How to import a seedfile from on Server to another one?

backup existing seedfile. ftp in the new one. stop and start netmon.

Q2: How to Import the SNMP configuration from one Server to another one?

Your question could mean (at least) 2 things - SNMP polling parameters and SNMP data collection:
SNMP parameters:
xnmsnmpconf -export > /tmp/myovsnmpconf.bak on new system to make a backup
xnmsnmpconf -export > /tmp/yourfile on old system. ftp /tmp/yourfile to new system. xnmsnmpconf -import /tmp/yourfile on new system. Bounce netmon
SNMP data collection
backup /usr/OV/conf/snmpCol.conf
ftp same file from other system
bounce snmpCollect

Q3: How to import Trap Configurtion from one Server to another one?

backup existing /usr/OV/conf/C/trapd.conf . ftp in the new one. stop and start trapd

Merci,

Thank You,
Meyos
