Paul, Thanks for that. I successfully ran the final PKT "after" script and all looks good - webserver is up. If anything so much as burps I'll probably uninstall and reinstall. Already capped the default data collection and autotrace, too. I knew 7 years of Framework and Courier/SWD experience would help me someday. Just never thought it would be with upgrading Netview in a non-TME environment. :-) Thanks again, -Jim

Jim, Dont worry about salvaging it. Go ahead and uninstall it, then reinstall it. All the data in the backup directory is still there and will be migrated again. So you wont lose anything by uninstalling.
