Meyos,

No you can not add notes to events in the web console. And anyway even in
the native console theses notes do not last and disappear on restart.
You can have multiple event browser in the web console. However be aware
that the number of rulesets that can run at the same time (same or
different web console) are limited. If I remember correctly the limit is 5.
For each of the ruleset a process is started on the server and two console
using the same ruleset in the event browser use the same process on the
server and count as 1.
