What Version of NetView do you have? NetView for Windows Version 7.1.4? If so, then you should contact service and request the test fix for PJ29671 or wait for FixPack1 which should be out in a few weeks. Alternatively, some folks have had luck by creating a new collection and the recycling snmpcollect daemon. Once he gets data from the new collection, try graphing that it. When that works he may then be able to read the old collection that is not working now. James Shanks Level 3 Support for Tivoli NetView for UNIX and Windows Tivoli Software / IBM Software Group
Hi all, When I try to draw graph in Netview tools/MIB/collect data/data/graph I am getting the following error “There is no data to graph Select “Tools>mib>collectdata” to see current collections Then select each “data” to view the nodes within each collection”. Can somebody help. The data has been collected on smartset “router” for bandwidth utilization.
