Solaris 2.8 /
NetView v7.1.4
I found 6 instances
today of Netmon using a community string OTHER than the one used in the snmp
database (xnmsnmpconf)
To verify this I did
a netmon -a 175 and compared the strings in the trace file (public) with the
ones stored in xnmsnmpconf. I have seen this (and PMR'd it) on previous versions
of NetView but this is the first time I have seen it on 7.1.4.
Just
putting this out there, anyone else seen this in v7.1.4?
