I don't know the answer to this offhand, but I do know that you will be much happier if you obtain NetView 67.1.4 FixPack1 and put that on before you continue.  There are plenty of fixes for the Data Warehouse stuff, and some new readme as well.

[nv-l] Installing NetView 7.1.4 question

I have Tivoli data warehouse up and running.  When I install NetView, it
asked for the DB2 database name, ID, and password.  The default database
name is netview.  However, I think Tivoli data warehouse name is something
else.

Do I change the name or go ahead and let it create "netview"?
