I don't know the answer to this offhand, but I do know that you will be much happier if you obtain NetView 67.1.4 FixPack1 and put that on before you continue. I have Tivoli data warehouse up and running. When I install NetView, it asked for the DB2 database name, ID, and password. The default database name is netview. However, I think Tivoli data warehouse name is something else. Do I change the name or go ahead and let it create "netview"?
