Hi Folks,
My Client was wondering if he can directly ping a device (source of the event) from a selected event in the event browser by right-clicking on it. his reason is that, once he receives an event, he wants to bypass the "right-click on event ==> Highlight Node on Map ==> Opening of the Map where Node is located ==> ping Node" to "right-click on event ==> Ping Node"
Q1: is this advisable ?
Q2: How could this be easily done?
