The image for 7.1.3 FixPack 3 was sent
on schedule.  It did not get posted.  We are working on it.  That's

That whole page is broken. I can't
pull down anything via MySupport. I went after fixpack 1 for 7.1.4 this
week - still no luck.

Yesterday I received an IBM Support Flash listing

IBM Tivoli NetView for UNIX/Windows V7.1.3 Fix Pack 3 (7.1.3-NVD-FP03)

and linking to the software
support repository for patches.  When I got there "the cupboard
was bare".
