There are a number of Open Source plotting applications. You have the raw data(if you want it), so you might want to look at one of those. If you follow that path, you might find this link useful: http://linux.tucows.com/education_plotting_default.html. I think you will find most of these packages will offer more "flexibility" than xnmgraph.
