Could be a library problem. 
Installing NetView 7.1.4 on Framework
4.1.1  requires that you install Tivoli Framework Patch 4.1.1-TMF-0003
in order to provide the correct path
Have you done that?.

I'm trying to make a fresh installation of Netview
Server 7.1.4 on Salaris
Managed Node (Framework 4.1.1). Installation fails in customise script
for
fileset OVIPMAP with code 2, ovwdb crashes on signal 9.
I tried again with ulimits for the number of file descriptors 32767...
but
no success.
Could anyone please give me some hints?
