Yes,
NetView 7.1.4 at Fix Pack 2 is supported
on AIX 5.3; 
on either a 32 bit or a 64 bit kernel
on either Power4 or Power5 CPUs

This is supported in a limited
way..........pl reffer the release note.
 
Supported operating systems

     AIX: 
          Version 4.3.3 (Maintenance Level 09)
          Version 5.1 (Maintenance Level 01/05
64 bit) 
          Version 5.2 (Maintenance Level 03 64
bit) 
          Version 5.3 64 bit (Power 4 and Power
5), conditionally (that is, non-TME NetView installations only)
