At this point you are going to need to help yourself and read the
Jetty documentation. The customizations that were made may need
to be redone. The jetty configuration file may have been overlaid by
the fixpack and if so, you will need to reintegrate your changes. This
is going to be very specific to your environment and it is unlikely that
anyone here can help you further. I would look at the backups and
search the jetty directories and files for references to that directory
and file. From there you should be able to determine how to add those
changes back to the new configuration file.
