Good news and bad news on this one.
If you select events from a TEC Console and then use the Selected -> NetView -> Submap Explorer menu to bring up a NetView Web Console focused on the node of the selected event,..... they've broken it! The NetView Diagnostics menu and the Object Properties menu are fine.

The good news is that a PMR is open - PMR 90136 - and there is an easy workaround.

Go to \usr\ov\www\webapps\netview\scripts (or slashes the other way on Unix) and bring up submapexplorer.js in an editor. On the fourth line from the bottom (framefactory.addFrame), remove the fourth argument ", subexp", save it, and try the tec stuff again... It seems OK to make a copy first in the same directory. No need to stop and start anything other than the NetView Web Console.

Cheers,
Jane
