Solaris 2.8 Netview ver 7.1.4 fixpack 3
I am doing auto action and I tried echo $1 $e $S |
/home/myscrip
In myscript I reference $1 $2 $3 but get nothing coming
through
In auto action I also tried /home/myscript and again in my
script referenced $1 $2 $3 and got nothing in my mail.
Then checking passed questions I see that the variables are
passed after the script name /home/myscript $1 $2 $3
But the manual / help does not say this? Any suggestions
Also If I were to ruleset this how would I go about it? Never
done rulsets before?
