Catalina,
that is indicating that some operator has acknowledged object
59310. You should get as many entries as there are web clients open for
each entry.
Unless it is stuck in a loop, that should not be a problem.

Hello List
AIX 5.2 ML 4; Netview 7.1.4 FP2. The following trap is being Logged
continuously several like 6 per second on the trapd.log. The number
"59310" is the same never changes.. I opened a pmr but maybe you all can
shed a light while I'm waiting....
