Hi list,

I am about to install ITSA 1.3 on my NV 7.1.4 FP07 Server (running on AIX
5.2). Please give me some advise about its prerequisites:

I´ve checked the ITSA 1.3 Release Notes and saw something like "It must
support the bridge MIB defined by RFC 1493, including the bridge
forwarding database" and "For the discovery report to show connections to
the switch, it must be reachable through a fully discovered layer 3
connection path from the Tivoli NetView server" ...

I have many switches on my environment, and they are identified as
switches by NV....how can I tell if they were discovered using a layer 3
connection ?

Thanks in advance.

Mario
