Hi,

Using NetView 7.1.4 FP03 windows 2003 Std, Switch Analyzer 1.3 . We have Four (4) Enterasys switches, two of them are working as L3 switches and rest are standard L2 all of them has the same OID's, when i issue the ovtopodump -X command it says NO in L2 OID colunm of all these switches, but the L2 status is set to UP!. Its layer2 status is also showing as Marginal in the topo map and an interface 1.0.0.0 is also down. Any clues on how to fix this?

And One more disturbing problem is happening with one of my Cisco 3745 router, after installing ITSA that router is contiguously showing as Marginal (Yellow),when i checked it shows the Serial links as Marginal i don't know why ?

Many thanks in advance!

Regards,
