[nv-l] Tivoli SIS fail

HI, I need help!!!,
We have installed for the first time in our lives 
Tivoli Monitoring 5.1.2 & Framework 4.1.1 and SIS
Client and Depot 4.1.1, Tivoli JCF 4.1.1 & Java 1.3
for tivoli in a SLES 9.0 box. 
When I star the SIS service at the console with
wsisgui, it try to connect to SIS depot but after few
seconds, displays in a windows  the following error
"ISV 0210 - Server connection error" and in the
depotlog 

ServerProxy: server named "chi27" is not responding...
com.tivoli.framework.runtime.ExObjAdapter  minor code:
17  completed: No
SIS failed.- 

And the other question How can I install the endpoints
for the desktop cause I the documentation it said
install de enpoints, but i dont know where the
endpoints are?, How can I know if I just have
installed the endpoints
